Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our Issuer Services Engineering Production Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, US - Hybrid. (2-3 days onsite mandatory)

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

• Assists in maintaining and supporting applications and their operating environments.
• Responds to alerts and follows standard procedures and documentation for issue resolution.
• Monitors applications and respond to incidents.
• Perform routine health checks and validations after changes or significant incidents.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for more complex issues.
• Escalate to second level application or infrastructure support when necessary.
• Implement automation for routine tasks.
• May mentor or provide guidance for junior team members.
• Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives.
• Conduct/document Root Cause Analysis on reported issues
• Coordinate with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.
• Provide quick support for escalated incident tickets and act as liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in timely manner.
• Communicate with business users in order to understand their needs and requirements.
• Produce Ad hoc Reports for users from database.

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

• Strong analytical and communication skills - both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required 4-6 years of experience in applications support or production environment required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to learn and take on challenging opportunities.
• Experience in Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management
• Experience in Configuration and Release Management
• Database query programming knowledge
• Occasionally, software implementation tasks may necessitate working additional hours during the weekend.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to spearhead and oversee projects and initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working on accounting systems. a plus
• Proficient with Eagle investment system. a plus
