We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Global Head of Physical Security Technology to join our Operations team. This role is located in New York City – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Responsible for physical security projects and programs.
• Identify and evaluate the efficacy and utility of new technologies.
• Development of physical security technology standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with various countries regulations and standards (i.e. GDPR)
• Manage relationships with security technology vendors and service providers.
• Work with internal stakeholders to align security technologies with business needs.
• Collaborate with key partners for maintenance and implementation of physical security systems and programs.
• Act as subject matter expert for the technical physical security program.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• 10 years of security technology experience in a large corporate or government environment.
• In-depth knowledge of CCure and other access control platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Victor video, Genetec, and other video platforms.
• Knowledge of video analytic and biometric platforms and tools.
• Strong understanding of integration with data analytic tools, HR systems, and 3rd party applications.
• Strategic planning and project management (PMP Certification Preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of access control and video management systems (Genetec Enterprise Certification Preferred)
• Ability to lead and direct global projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
