Boardwalk Billys is hiring a lead bartender who will also have managerial responsibilities. Responsible for managing a high volume bar with multiple bartenders serving liquor and/or beer to customers in a high traffic environment. Duties include leading bartenders in high demand/traffic situations, setting and maintaining schedule of all bartenders and barbacks and managing inventory.

As the Manager you will work with all employees day-to-day and the owners. You will also work with the suppliers, maintenance, deliveries and others via telephone and/or in person. State and local authorities with regards to licensing, inspections, permitting and policing are necessary to maintain positive working relationships with.

This position spans the summer and shoulder season with no responsibilities November 15 - March 15. During the busy season, ability to work weekends and flexibility to work overtime is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
