JOB SUMMARY: 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury property in Yountville. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in managing high-end hotel operations. This role demands exceptional leadership, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to drive operational efficiency while delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, and guest services.
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage hotel staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure that all staff members are knowledgeable of hotel policies and procedures and are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Help develop and manage the hotel's budget and financial performance, including monitoring expenses and revenue streams and ensuring that financial targets are met.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure that all hotel facilities are properly maintained and meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Address guest complaints and resolve any issues that arise promptly and professionally.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance the hotel's market position.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and other senior leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations management, including supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff effectively.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
