Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of Louisiana Boardwalk and a strip center in Minden, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, property maintenance, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of tenants.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, inspections, and collections
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution in a professional manner
- Negotiate and enforce leases and ensure compliance with local landlord-tenant laws
- Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs with vendors
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and files. Budget planning and management
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current ones. Knowledge of leasing and cold-calling required
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administration
- Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, contract negotiation, and facilities management
- Strong communications skills with media and local government
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Experience with budget process and management
- Proficient in office software applications for documentation and reporting
