We are currently seeking a Payroll Data Entry Clerk to join our Boart Longyear team in Salt Lake City, UT.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain accounting and finance files
- Help create payroll reports
- You will process departmental documents for various areas in the finance department
- Understand Multistate payroll knowledge
- Oracle Time keeping software admin
- Follow-up with employees and expense statement discrepancies.
- Data entry for drilling report totals, invoicing, and weekly timesheet data entry for multiple divisions employees.
- Client Invoicing
- Provide customer service by answering customer queries, processing their invoice in a timely fashion, and answering queries promptly and accurately
- The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
- The ability to communicate with clients on invoice and contract issues
- Assist with financial review as needed
- Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, filing, incoming calls, purchasing, receiving, ordering, scheduling, and itineraries
- Manage the billing process within Oracle for the divisions including project set up, utilization reports, completion reports and man hour reports
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Education minimum: high school diploma; Associates Degree in Business or Accounting preferred
- AP Experience desired, Familiar with Expense Reporting.
