We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist (Spanish speaking) to join our Boart Longyear team in Salt Lake City, Utah.

This position will manage and oversee all aspects of company payroll processes for assigned payroll groups. First point of contact for employees and internal departments in answering questions and resolving any payroll-critical issues. Act as a support to payroll team members and management.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent required
- 3 years of experience of processing payroll in South American countries
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Oracle OTL (R12) helpful
- Experience managing an outsourced payroll relationship with multiple vendors
- Ability to communicate effectively across the organization
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
- Planning, organizing, execution
