We've built the world's most advanced and fully automated retirement platform, and we need a Payroll Processor to join our True360 team. This role involves updating payroll data in both client payroll software and the 401GO system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll-related transactions.

We’re searching for a detail-oriented professional with experience in payroll systems, accounting, and data management. This person should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of working efficiently across multiple platforms.
Ideal candidates will have:
✔ Experience with payroll systems like Heartland, Paycom, QuickBooks, Gusto, or similar platforms.
✔ Advanced Excel skills – including reformatting, modifying worksheets, and handling payroll-related data.
✔ High attention to detail to ensure payroll updates are accurate and error-free.
✔ A proactive and problem-solving mindset – someone who can work efficiently while improving processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Navigate and update payroll data in various payroll systems and 401GO’s platform.
- Ensure payroll-related data is accurate, complete, and properly formatted.
- Quickly access, retrieve, and manipulate data from multiple online accounts.
- Download reports from payroll software and upload required data into 401GO.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve data discrepancies and optimize payroll processing.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism when communicating with internal teams and external clients.
Skills & Experience
✔ 2 years of experience in payroll processing or accounting.
✔ Some familiarity with 401(k) plans, company match, and eligibility rules.
✔ Proven ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities.
✔ Experience working in team environments where collaboration is key.
✔ Prior start-up experience is a plus but not required.
✔ Excel expertise – you should be comfortable manipulating large datasets, reformatting files, and ensuring payroll reports are structured correctly.
