Bob Frame Plumbing Services is seeking an additional Bookkeeper to join our team. We are looking for an individual that already has experience in this profession. In this position you will have light HR responsibilities, perform some office administration duties, dispatching and perform accounting/ bookkeeping functions for the company. Experience with Quickbooks, Acowin or dispatching duties would be a plus. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete posting process in Quickbooks.
• Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Manage payroll processing
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
• Work with accounting firm to complete monthly reconciliations for taxes
• Light office administration/human resource duties including managing health/business insurance

Individuals must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Looking for an individual that can easily or quickly understand new software.

**Hourly rate is negotiable based on the individual's skill sets***
