The Role:
Bobbie is hiring a Director, Demand Planning who will report directly to our CFO. This role will develop and manage the company’s demand model & forecasting processes, using subscriber engagement, purchasing trends, seasonality and taste preference data to drive accuracy. This person will develop & maintain key components of the volume plans which will drive revenue forecasts and future brand plans.
The Director, Demand Planning will be a thought partner to the commercial team and our retail partners, delivering Bobbie’s growth strategy on shelf and online with an omni-channel approach. They will then take these learning to drive company decision making, being a critical partner in both day to day decisions and long term strategy.

Compensation
Our salaries are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. For fully remote roles, we have a single salary target per role that is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C).
Group A (SF/Bay Area, Seattle, NYC): $200,000Group B (Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, San Diego, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Portland, Washington DC): $193,000Group C (All remaining cities): $182,000
