What does an Appointment Coordinator do?The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of customer service duties as it relates to scheduling the maintenance and servicing of vehicles.
As An Appointment Coordinator, You Will
- Interact with clients on the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in client requests to schedule service appointments accurately and answer questions.
- Log client information and purify database.
- Give other team members a helping hand with duties as needed.
- Must enjoy taking care of our clients!
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task.
