As Bobby Rahal Motorcar of Wexford continues to grow, we are seeking a Full-Time Loaner Car Coordinator to join our team! The hours for this position are Monday/Tuesday/Thursday - 10:30am-8:00pm, Wednesday 10:30am - 6:00pm, Friday - OFF, and Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm.What does a Loaner Agent do?One of the perks of owning a Mercedes-Benz is the complimentary loaner vehicle that is available for clients to use when their own car is in for service. The ideal candidate for this position will keep our loaner fleet organized, ready, and in good condition for our clients.
As a Loaner Car Coordinator, You Will

• Coordinate the organization and maintenance of our service loaner car fleet.
• Work with our insurance company to file accident reports as they arise.
• Do general office-type duties like emailing, copying, filing and faxing.
• Communicate with and assist the Service team with administrative tasks.

What are the general requirements for a Loaner Car Coordinator?

• Have a strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Basic computer skills and ability to communicate across multiple channels.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
