As Bobby Rahal Motorcar of Wexford continues to grow, we are seeking a Full-Time Loaner Car Coordinator to join our team! The hours for this position are Monday/Tuesday/Thursday - 10:30am-8:00pm, Wednesday 10:30am - 6:00pm, Friday - OFF, and Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm.

What does a Loaner Car Coordinator do?

One of the perks of owning a Mercedes-Benz is the complimentary loaner vehicle that is available for clients to use when their own car is in for service. The Loaner Car Coordinator is in charge of overseeing and managing a fleet of 120 loaner vehicles, accounting for location and contracts for each vehicle. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service skills, is detail oriented, and excels in a fast-paced environment.

As a Loaner Car Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate and maintain the organization and maintenance of our service loaner car fleet.
• File damage claims and communicate effectively with insurance representatives and clients.
• Open and close loaner contracts, ensuring necessary paperwork is present for record keeping.
• Follow up on unsettled balances due.
• Valet vehicles for clients upon pickup.
• Assist the Service team with administrative tasks.

What are the general requirements for a Loaner Car Coordinator?

• Have a strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
