**Job Title: Server/Cocktail**

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server at Bob's Burgers & Brew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong attention to detail. We offer $16.28 an hour plus tips, flexible scheduling, and the immediate accrual of sick pay at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked (Sick pay will be available for use after 90 days of employment)

**Duties:**

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restrauant.

- Do assigned opening/closing sidework for all scheduled shifts.

- Keep the server isle clean and stocked during your work shift.

- Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience

- Handle cash transactions accurately

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

**Experience:**

- 1-2 years experience in a fast paced restaurant preferred

- Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus, but not required

- Familiarity with food safety standards and an up to date Food Handlers Card (required)

- Up to date (MAST) Alcohol Server Permit (required)

- Must be willing to work nights and weekends.

- Strong hospitality skills with a customer-oriented approach

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to be a team player, this means helping to run other peoples food, buss tables, answer phones, or any other task that helps the team perform at peak level.
