Position : Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator

Salary Range : $23-$26 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Generate and manage staff schedules
• Review and ensure accuracy of weekly punch details and bonus eligibility
• Calculate certified hours for the nursing department
• Maintain an up-to-date list of clinical care employee contact information
• Conduct follow-ups with newly hired CNAs and Nurses to ensure completion of checklists
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Staffing Manager, Director of Nursing, and / or Administrator

Requirements :

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scheduling Coordinator or staffing coordinator in a nursing facility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
