Responsibilities include;
- Welcoming customers/Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Handle incoming & outgoing calls
- Preparing incoming & outgoing paperwork/folders for customers & Insurance companies
- Creating appointments & coordinating appraisal inspections
- Checking on payments from insurance companies
- Labeling incoming parts
- Moving dropped off vehicles and/or rental vehicles
- Updating customers on progress of vehicles
- Collecting payments from customers/insurance companies
- Support office staff as needed
- Looking for someone who has an upbeat personality & a great customer service attitude
- Must be willing to learn & adapt
- Work experience in a dealership is a plus but not necessary, receptionist or similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong teamwork mentality
- Intermediate/strong computer skills
- You must be detailed oriented
