Hiring: Recruitment Manager
Pay: $65,000 - $80,000/yr.
Location: Remote (Virginia area)
The Recruitment Managers job is to provide support in the areas of staffing and retention. The Recruitment Manager will develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies to fulfill company staffing needs.
Job Functions
- Collaborate with managers to assess staffing needs and devise recruitment strategies.
- Source and evaluate candidates through various channels, adapting strategies as needed.
- Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to refine strategies and meet objectives.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to match candidates with job requirements.
- Cultivate diverse applicant pools through outreach to community resources and educational institutions.
- Efficiently fill vacancies while adhering to established procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and employ innovative recruiting methods.
- Promote company presence in challenging markets through direct outreach and participation in job fairs.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Facilitate training programs for managers to enhance hiring efficiency and reduce turnover.
- Guide and mentor new hiring managers on recruitment processes and tools.
- Engage with professional associations and network with fellow recruiters.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up for new hires and terminated candidates.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track effectiveness and costs.
- Uphold professional standards in appearance and conduct, embodying company values at all times
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years recruiting experience, preferably in a restaurant environment
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, Workday preferred
- Minimal travel as needed to meet the needs of the business
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
