The Orlando office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate with 5 years of litigation experience. Prior insurance defense is required. Bodily injury experience is required. Trial experience is highly desired.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, analyze discovery issues, and prepare reports for clients
• Attend court hearings, depositions, meetings with clients, and negotiate settlements.
• Assist with trial preparation and attend trial.
• Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
