Body Glide is Hiring a Production Line Worker Near Bellevue, WA

**Job Summary:**

The Production Line Worker is responsible for assembling products, operating machinery and ensuring that production processes are carried out efficiently and safely. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:** - We are willing to train. If you do not have all qualifications please still apply.

1. **Assembly and Production:**

- Assemble components and products according to detailed instructions.

- Inspect products for quality and consistency.

- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.

2. **Machine Operation:**

- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.

- Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications.

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.

3. **Quality Control:**

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

- Report any defects or issues to the supervisor immediately.

- Maintain accurate records of production and quality.

4. **Safety and Compliance:**

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

- Comply with company policies and legal regulations.

5. **Collaboration:**

- Work closely with team members to meet production goals.

- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

6. **Housekeeping:**

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Dispose of waste materials properly.

- Assist in the general maintenance and cleanliness of the production area.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.

- **Experience:** Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.

- **Skills:**

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and diagrams.

- Basic math and reading skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

- Ability to work as part of a team.

- **Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to stand for long periods.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 30 lbs).

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

**Working Conditions:**

- Work is scheduled M- F 6:30 am – 3:00 pm. Occasional overtime may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
