Mid- Level Program Protection Analyst – GMD System Integration, Test, and Readiness
Why This is an Exciting Role:
As a Program Protection Analyst at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will implement and maintain a security protection program encompassing physical security, acquisition security, program protection, and Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM); demonstrate your knowledge of security engineering and program protection support, through routine interactions with industry partners and government customers; participate in Critical Program Information (CPI), anti-tamper, and SCRM assessments; provide advice and assistance regarding the protection of classified information, classification management, special security, and security education and training; assess threats, analyze vulnerabilities, assess mission protection solutions to meet program objectives, and recommend counter‑measures/mitigations; and, evaluate Program Protection Implementation Plans, IAW the Defense Acquisition Guide and applicable DoD Instructions.

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
·Addressing Program Protection Requirements in Statements of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statements (PWS)
·Conduct CPI Vulnerability Risk Analysis
·Assist in the identification of potential program vulnerabilities.
·Provide professional technical services to support the capture of best practices, methods, processes and procedures in Secure Cyber Resilient Engineering and the development of policy, guidance and standards.
·Implement Supply Chain Risk & Security Management
·Coordinate across various team members (e.g., managers, engineers, technicians, launch systems personnel) to develop and refine Program Protection concepts and methodologies.
·Assist with reviewing and establishing technical and process-related security classification guidance.
·Stay informed about emerging threats and technologies in the field of program protection and security.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate program protection measures into project plans and processes.
·Conduct Anti-Tamper (AT) Assessments
·Conduct security education and awareness training for employees and contractors.
·Coordinate AT Plan Development
·Coordinate with DoD Programs to review Program Protection Plans and program implementation of protection methods and practices to mitigate risks.
·Design and implement security controls and countermeasures to mitigate identified risks and vulnerabilities.
·Support the alignment of program protection policy requirements and procedures with operational and system engineering requirements, methods and processes for weapons systems.
·Develop and implement program protection plans, policies, and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
·Development and Maintenance of Security Classification Guide (SCG)
·Collaborate with program and government representatives to ensure Program Protection initiatives are effectively implemented throughout all phases of a program.
Required Education and Years of Experience:
Required Qualifications:
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. (An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.)
This position requires clearing a background check and an enhanced Personal Conflict of Interest (PCI) requirements as a condition for employment.

Summary Pay Range:
Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Level 3: $83,000.00-$119,000.00
Level 4: $101,500 - $145,000
