Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Rental and Sales Salespeople to join us! We want to help YOU build your career! Compensation:

$60,000 - $300,000

Responsibilities:
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow rental and sales opportunities
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Have local knowledge of the communities and neighborhoods we work
  • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
