Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing regulatory projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to navigate and coordinate with multiple groups within an organization. This role requires hands-on experience with Agile management, JIRA, and Scrum leadership. Experience in the financial services domain and product management is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning, Estimation, and Requirement Analysis
- Manage multiple regulatory projects effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Handle multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Identify, assess, and manage issues and risks
- Communicate and present project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders
- Manage and lead project teams with excellent people management skills
- Coordinate and build partnerships with Technology and Business partners, influencing decision-making processes
- Lead Agile practices, including scrum ceremonies and user story definition
- Utilize JIRA for project tracking and management
- Oversee release management processes
- (Nice to have) Experience in the Financial Services Domain
- (Nice to have) Product Management Experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing regulatory projects
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with different groups
- Extensive experience in issue and risk management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong Agile management skills, with hands-on experience leading scrums and conducting agile ceremonies
- Proficiency in JIRA and Scrum leadership
- Ability to work closely with business teams to define requirements and user stories
- (Nice to have) Experience in the Financial Services Domain
- (Nice to have) Product Management Experience
Work Arrangement:
- Candidate must work from the Baltimore office twice a week.
