Purpose/ Summary:

To act as the first point of contact for customers while calmly responding to and resolving customer inquiries, complaints and comments while delivering best in class support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling front office reception duties including but not limited to:

• Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing and faxing.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondences, and directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Assist in general departmental duties as directed.
• Prepare and modify documents, reports, and presentations as directed.
• Assist in maintenance of databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects and tasks as directed.
• Other related duties as they arise.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 years of experience in general office administration.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent organizational skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

Physical demands:

• Ability to continuously stand or walk
• Ability to bend and lift occasionally
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally

Work environment:

• Work will be conducted in an office environment
• May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment in the kitchen if needed to enter that area
• May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces
• Noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud
