Staff Accountant: Perform Service Division related Accounts Payable and accounting tasks, such as billing, and costing.
Essential Duties
- Index, voucher and process Service vendor invoices
- Prepare Service warranty billings, weekly
- Prepare T&M Service billings daily
- Monitor accuracy of costs on Service Calls
- Monitor WIP reports for all Service divisions and research calls
- Review/follow up on open service calls
- Serve as back up for all areas of Service Billing.
- Review contract costs to determine if billable
- Perform other accounting, financial or administrative tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have 1-4 years experience in Accounting
- Proficient in MS Office/ Outlook/ Excel/ Adobe
- Detail oriented, organized, positive attitude, proactive
- Great thinking and listening skills, sense of urgency
- Team oriented, works well independently, excellent with numbers, ability to prioritize tasks
