Role Description
- Takes care of Our People! Selects, hires, trains, and develops Operating Partners and Managers, conducts performance reviews and provides ongoing development.
- Takes care of our Business! Responsible for reviewing P&Ls and identifying wins and areas of opportunity. Ensures compliance with standards in the areas of people and food quality, guest service, food cost, labor, safety (OSHA), cleanliness, building maintenance, and team member relations.
- Reviews administrative tasks including: personnel paperwork (new hire, terminations, leaves of absence, injury, etc.), conducts Leadership Orientations, oversees various audits, inventory and ordering of miscellaneous items.
- Leads Operating Partners in planning, coordinating, and implementing restaurant marketing activities in the local community to promote brand products and service and to enhance community relations through special promotions, sponsorships, local advertising, etc.
- Investigates, resolves, and responds to guest complaints.
- Performs other related activities in accordance with policies and procedures as assigned by leadership.
- Responsible for the supervision of 20 – 30 managers.
Qualifications
- 4 years’ experience working in a multi-unit restaurant management capacity with tangible results.
- Acute business acumen along with the ability to grow and develop people.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of attainable goal setting, converting plans into action and performance measurement.
- Must be extremely self-sufficient and resourceful.
- Must live within close proximity of the market.
- Bachelor’s degree Strongly Preferred
