Job description

Summary:

Bold Concepts, Inc is seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee multiple projects for the Federal Government with focus on working with the DOD and Government Agencies who is self-directing for starting, maintaining, and completing tasks independently in an orderly and efficient manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of pre-construction submittals (Submittal Logs, QC Plans, EPP, and APP)
  • Review and processing of submittals, transmittals, RFIs, billings, and schedule updates.
  • Tracking progress throughout the construction project and report status to upper management.
  • Monthly work-in-process forecasting including cost to complete.
  • Assist estimating in the solicitation of bids and quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage and organize electronic files and folders of contract and construction documents.
  • Collect or create closeout documents including, but not limited to, warranties, testing reports, operation & maintenance manuals, and as-built drawings.
  • Ensure projects are of high quality, on-time, and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations

Qualifications:

  • Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 10 years related experience.
  • Reads and understands contract documents (Request for Proposals, Solicitations, Specifications, Drawings, etc.)
  • Practical understanding of design, constructability, logistics, sequencing and means and methods of a project.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to proficiently operate office equipment (computer, phones, copier, etc.)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
