We are a multiple business organization running several businesses from our office.

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our front desk, providing exceptional support to our patients, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all visitors.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet clients and visitors, answering questions, and providing information as needed.

- Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing walk-ins.

- Coordinate appointments and other administrative tasks.

- Computerize client data, manage scheduling, and maintain accurate records.

- Provide customer support and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including restocking supplies and managing office equipment.

- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and organized.

- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing and photocopying.

- Develop and maintain an organized and efficient filing system.

- Develop a strong understanding of office management and apply organizational skills to maintain a smooth operation.

**Experience:**

- Previous experience as a receptionist is highly desirable.

- Proven experience in office management and administrative roles.

- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in computerized scheduling systems and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities.

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bilingual in Spanish is an asset, but not required.

**Skills:**

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent customer support skills.

- Ability to work in a medical environment.

- Proficiency in computerized scheduling systems.

- Experience with office management and administrative tasks.

- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
