Job Summary:

Bolingbrook Christian Health Center is a low-cost, Christian-based healthcare facility. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Bilingual Clinical Manager to join our dynamic team of volunteer healthcare providers and staff. The Clinical Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our health center, providing high-quality care to our diverse patient population, and fostering a compassionate and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English and possess strong clinical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Oversight:

• Coordinate and oversee clinical operations to ensure efficient and high-quality care delivery.

• Supervise and support clinical staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals.

• Monitor patient care standards, adherence to protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Care:

• Assist with patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning, ensuring culturally sensitive and patient-centered care.

• Foster a welcoming and compassionate environment for all patients, particularly those with diverse language needs. Bilingual Communication:

• Facilitate effective communication between English and Spanish-speaking patients and healthcare providers.

• Translate documents, medical information, and instructions as needed.

• Interpret during medical consultations to ensure clear and accurate communication. Administrative Duties:

• Assist in maintaining patient records, electronic health records (EHR), and documentation in compliance with regulations.

• Collaborate with administrative staff on scheduling, appointment management, and resource allocation.

• Help manage inventory and supplies in clinical areas.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.

• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to monitor and improve clinical care processes.

Qualifications:

• Accredited degree in Nursing (LPN or RN) is required. Healthcare Administration or related field (Master's degree) is preferred but not required.

• Current and valid RN license or relevant clinical licensure.

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.

• A commitment to upholding Christian values and a passion for serving the community is highly desirable.

• Must pass background checks and drug screenings.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment. Schedule:

• This is a part-time position with flexible hours, typically covering evenings and weekends to accommodate clinic operating hours.
