IT Help Desk
Job Location: Petaluma, California
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour
Job Type: Temporary (3 months, possibility of extension)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as an IT Help Desk Associate? We are looking for a competent Help Desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems for our client in Petaluma. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. An excellent Help Desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient.
