## Job Overview We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. ## Responsibilities - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menu recommendations - Take and process customer orders accurately - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service ## Experience ### Required: - Previous experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail ### Nice-to-have: - Experience in the hospitality industry - Knowledge of POS systems If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, thrive in a team-oriented environment, and enjoy interacting with customers, we would love to hear from you!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.55 - $18.00 per hour
