What Matters Most
- 3 years of office administration experience
- 2 years of real estate content writing experience required, ideally RMLS listings
- Associate’s degree required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Real estate and MLS experience preferred
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Expect to apply your strong organizational and communications skills to help update inventory sheets, digital sales sheets, manage price matrices, and order office supplies. Your day-to-day will include heavy content writing for MLS listings, upkeep of bills, preparing and coordinating sales meetings, and maintenance of the company website.
A driven problem-solver with strong administrative skills and flexibility will thrive in this workplace! Strong writing and editing skills are a must, and your aptitude for learning new systems will give you the leading edge to be a competitive candidate.
This is a fully in-office position that will involve driving to some communities within Southwest Washington.
