What Matters Most
- 5 years of transactional paralegal experience required, preferably in estate planning trust administration, or business and real estate
- Billable experience required
- Paralegal certificate required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required
- Experience with document management and timekeeping software required; experience with FileSite preferred
Your primary responsibility will be drafting estate planning documents ranging from trusts and wills to financial and medical powers of attorney. You’ll facilitate trust administration, prepare deeds, and file probates. You’ll have significant client contact as you meet with and correspond with clients regarding their estate plans. In addition, you’ll support two other partners in the practice group with real estate, corporate, and contract matters.
Competitive candidates will be detail-oriented and able to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
After an in-office training period, you’ll have a flexible hybrid schedule with three in-office days each week.
