Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with Key Carrier experience. The position will assist the Store Manager in the daily operations of the Feed, Tools, Lawn & Garden, Sporting Goods, and Clothing departments and leading a productive team.

· Must be 21 years or older and subject to an applicable background check

· Product knowledge/Ag background

· Management and retail experience preferred but training available

· Computer skills

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis

· Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

· Must be available to work rotating schedules – days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

· Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store

· Opening and closing the store/balancing cash drawers

· General Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked

· Cashiering/cash handling

· Freight handling/Forklift operation

· Customer load outs

· Handling phone calls

Starting wage is $15.00 per hour, based on experience with comprehensive Benefit package.
