Bommarito St Peters is actively seeking an experienced Service Advisor for our dealership. The Service Advisor recommends proper repair to our valued customers and explains the value of maintaining their vehicles for optimal performance. The Service Advisor position has a strong focus on sales and customer service.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assume full responsibility for the entire service process, including:

• Greeting customers and fulfilling their servicing needs
• Maintain strong CSI scores for customer satisfaction
• Strong follow up skills to call customers back timely and keep them informed of the progress of their repairs.
• Working with both customers and the technicians to communicate the problems the customer may be having with their vehicle.
• Use provided technology to ensure full transparency to customer.
• Establishing a sustained consultative relationship with each client.
• Adhere to our internal processes and procedures without variation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
