We are looking for a maintenance office manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Manage records and information

- Plan and maintain work facilities

- Provide administrative assistance to Maintenance Manager

- Communicate with customers on status of repair or upcoming inspections

- Prepare work orders and plan upcoming inspections

- Prepare invoices for customers and purchase parts for repairs

- Manage employee time sheets

- Manage parts inventory and parts room

- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication

- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in aviation, specifically aircraft maintenance

-Preferred experience with QuickBooks

-Ability to prioritize and multitask

-Strong organizational skills

-Deadline and detail-oriented

-Strong leadership qualities
