Bon Secours Amelia Medical Associates in Norfolk, VA is Growing! We're adding a Nurse Practitioner to the team! We're across from Leigh Hospital and 1 street from the Virginia Beach line - 10 minutes to the oceanfront!

Amelia Medical Associates:

• A team of 2 MD and 2 Nurse Practitioners
• Practice is open to FNP or AGNP - all patients are age 18
• 2 to 4 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred but not required
• We are a Primary Care First practice location - CMS care model focusing on access to care and quality outcomes
• Full time schedule - 36 patient contact/4 hours admin
• 100% outpatient clinic - no hospital responsibility
• M-F 8-5, no weekends - Prefer 5-8's but open to discuss schedule options
• Call 1:4 weeks Rotation - telephone only, No Rx
• Average 17-22 patients per day after ramp-up period
• EPIC EMR
• Virtual Health available for established patients through MyChart
• Lab and X-Ray in practice
• Dedicated 1:1 provider/CMA support
