General SummaryResponsible for the coordination of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. Assesses appropriateness of referrals, implements physician orders, develops Plan of Care, evaluates patient progress.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesCurrent licensure as Registered Nurse in State of Ohio
Certified in ACLS.
Excellent communication skills
Three years of critical care nursing required
Cardiac Rehab Nursing Experience PreferredWorking ConditionsModerate level (20% or more of time) of physical exertion required. Occasional exposure to adverse conditions.
Reporting RelationshipsReports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services
Scheduled Weekly Hours - 16
