Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manager to oversee our operations in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining, coffee, and banquet services, with a strong background in kitchen management and shift supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee food handling practices to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate banquet events and ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct shift management duties to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Manager in a similar setting, with expertise in fine dining or coffee establishments.
- Strong background in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Experience in kitchen operations, including food preparation and quality control.
- Previous exposure to banquet services is advantageous.
