Bond Consultants is a dynamic firm which provides professional employment services to many people with different backgrounds and skills. One of our clients - a global manufacturing company - is currently looking for an HR Generalist. This position is full time, direct hire, and pays $65-75K per year based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Advise about HR matters (performance, disciplinary, conflict management) to employees and managers
Use due diligence in addressing and investigating employee concerns.
Manage HR databases
Process employee records including employment life events (promotions, transfers, and terminations)
Handle HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
Identify training needs through evaluations and feedback and take charge of training programs.
Support performance appraisals and assist in implementing improvement plans, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Possess knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and supporting audits and inspections related to internal HR system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years in HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or food industries
Bilingual English/Japanese or English/Spanish Preferred
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
Adaptability, with strong interpersonal and time-management skills
