Bond Consultants is a dynamic firm which provides professional employment services to many people with different backgrounds and skills. One of our clients - a global manufacturing company - is currently looking for an HR Generalist. This position is full time, direct hire, and pays $65-75K per year based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Advise about HR matters (performance, disciplinary, conflict management) to employees and managers

• Use due diligence in addressing and investigating employee concerns.

• Manage HR databases

• Process employee records including employment life events (promotions, transfers, and terminations)

• Handle HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.

• Identify training needs through evaluations and feedback and take charge of training programs.

• Support performance appraisals and assist in implementing improvement plans, providing guidance to managers and employees.

• Possess knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and supporting audits and inspections related to internal HR system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5 years in HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or food industries

• Bilingual English/Japanese or English/Spanish Preferred

• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Adaptability, with strong interpersonal and time-management skills
