**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Ophthalmology practice for our Pekin/Peoria offices. The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with our team of Ophthalmologists to provide exceptional patient care and support. The ideal candidate would have experience in Ophthalmology and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. We are willing to train someone who has an interest in eyes.

**Responsibilities:**

• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Collaborate with Ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

**Skills:**

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Illinois
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
