• Physical Therapist Needed Temporary Part Time Position Responsibilities : -Evaluate and deliver therapy services to adults with developmental disabilities - Contemporaneous documentation using electronic health records;

• Current PT New York State License - A minimum of one year Physical Therapy experience in a healthcare setting working with individuals with intellectual and developmental delays preferred.
• Clinical supervision as needed. - Abide by the clinical affiliation agreement for interns. Preferred skills : - Willing to take initiative - Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills - Highly flexible personality type - Proficient in Electronic Health Record.
