Radiology Technologist Needed for a Hospital in Brooklyn
Full-time position!
Overview:
Our client, a hospital in Brooklyn, is looking for a radiology technologist with experience in performing mammograms.
Responsibilities
Provide a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply diagnosis.
Positions and transfers patients.
Develops films and makes copies by automatic and manual processing as required.
Assists physician in preparing and administering contrast media.
Maintains adequate records as directed.
Maintains order lines and cleanliness of Radiology rooms.
Requirements
New York State license in Radiologic Technology.
ARRT eligible and Mammography certificate required.
Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school.
Minimal formal education of High School Diploma or equivalent.
