Be the backbone of our office, keep things running smoothly, set up devices for new team members, and assist our General Manager with various tasks. If you're organized, proactive, and looking for a part-time role (1-2 days a week) that fits your schedule, we want to hear from you!
DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office space
•  Prepare company devices for new hires and existing employees, including setup and basic troubleshooting
•  Assist the General Manager with various errands and tasks as needed
•  Organize and manage office supplies
•  Support administrative tasks and special projects as required

WHAT IT TAKES:

• Must have reliable transportation to and from the office
• Professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Basic technical skills for setting up and troubleshooting devices (mostly Apple)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with office software and equipment
• Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment as needed
