- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments with multiple providers.
- Responding to inquiries about cosmetic procedures and medical spa treatments
- Maintain polished and professional appearance
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to converse with patients in a friendly, outgoing and confident manner.
- Ability to master knowledge of medical grade skin care products and treatments.
- Retail skin product sales
- Recording interactions in an electronic schedule
- Helping team members to create the best experience for patients
- Maintain front desk organization
- Open or close facility and maintain general appearances.
Requirements:
- Retail or aesthetic sales preferred
- Experience answering a multi-line phone
- Previous retail sales experience
- Competence with grammar and spelling
- Polished and professional appearance.
