Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Electrical and Air is Hiring a HR Coordinator Near Rancho Cordova, CA
We are currently searching for an HR Coordinator to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA. As our HR coordinator, you will support the HR team with facilitating all key HR functions.
This is a full time in-person position. What Will I Do?Respond to all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Prepare, maintain and update employee-related files.File documents into appropriate employee files.Make sure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential.
Organize, maintain, and update employee HRIS information.Assist Payroll with benefits, and payroll administration.Assist Recruiter with recruitment, events and initial screening of candidates.
Assist Safety Specialist with workers compensation.Schedule meetings, events, interviews, etc. as needed.Support any other special projects the HR team needs assistance with.
Other duties are assigned as needed by the needs of the Company. What Do I Need?
