Employment and credentialing company in downtown Denver is currently seeking a tech savvy Client Success Coordinator to join a company that delivers innovative technology with a human touch. The ideal Client Success Manager to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.
Pay is $23-28/hr!
Client Success Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with team members to support client retention and expansion opportunities
• Primary contact for the onboarding of new customers and the training of platform end users from an IT perspective
• Provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.
• Collaborate with the Project Management, Technical, and Operations teams to set up software platforms as per customers' requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers

Client Success Coordinator Requirements:

• Experience working with, and managing, stakeholders and business relationships
• Capable of learning new technology and complex business process quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, positive, self-driven attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
• Willingness to travel to meet clients face to face up from time to time

Job Type: Full-time (in office) to start
Could be hybrid after a months when training is complete

Company is located in downtown Denver and does not provide parking.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
Pay: $23 - $28/hour.
