Compensation: $22.00 per hour
A manufacturing company that makes pressure relief products, located in Chagrin Falls, OH, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position offers tenure and a family like atmosphere!

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Respond to sales partner and customer inquiries and provide timely resolution
- Quote customers on their orders
- Handle phone and email communications and assist customers if problems were to arise
- Communicate with customers in regards to their orders and the delivery status as well as updating/informing them if anything changes with their shipment
- Respond to emergency situations in a calm manner and be able to continue working once the situation has resolved.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Associates degree preferred
- 2 years of experience
- Experience in a manufacturing setting would be a plus
- Complex order entry experience would be preferred
