Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour Job Title: Sales Support Specialist (Immediate Need) Sales Support Specialist Pay Range: $22.00- $25.00 Sales Support Specialist Work Schedule: 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday with periodic overtime Sales Support Specialist Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a temp to hire opportunity in Irvine with our client, a reputable furniture manufacturer! The primary goal of a Sales Support Specialistis to support senior team members as they grow their Omni-channel and eCommerce business. The Sales Support Specialistrole requires cross-functional alignment with R&D, production, creative, order management, logistics, finance, and customer service teams across different locations in the US, China, Hong Kong and Vietnam. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible to:
Assist senior colleagues with managing assigned eCommerce and Omni-channel accounts.
Learn and help implement Digital Shelf strategies on retailer websites (product listings, content, etc.).
Monitor product performance (with guidance) and identify potential areas for improvement.
Help with administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, and scheduling meetings.
Develop communication skills by interacting with internal teams and learning from their expertise.
1. Ecommerce Item Setup & Management:
Assist with the creation and upload of new product listings on assigned e-commerce platforms.
Ensure product listings are accurate and complete, including product descriptions, titles, specifications, and high-quality images.
Assist with maintaining consistent product information across all assigned online channels.
Monitor inventory levels and update product listings accordingly to prevent stock-outs or overselling.
2. Web Audits & Digital Shelf Management:
Participate in scheduled website audits to identify areas for improvement on assigned e-commerce platforms.
Analyze competitor listings and identify opportunities to enhance our product visibility and search ranking.
Assist with tasks to optimize product content and presentation for better conversion rates.
Monitor and report any technical issues or inconsistencies found on product listings.
3. Content Review & Management:
Assist with reviewing product descriptions, titles, and other marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and SEO optimization.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and messaging consistency across different platforms.
Assist with creating basic content (e.g., short descriptions, bullet points) for new product listings.
Monitor customer reviews and feedback and relay any relevant information to the appropriate teams.
4. Additional Responsibilities:
Assist senior team members with other e-commerce related tasks as assigned.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Maintain good communication and collaboration with internal departments (Marketing, Product Development, etc.)
For OMNI accounts, assist in sales meeting coordination and needs.
