Property Manager (Manufactured Homes) Pay Range: $60-$80K
Property Manager (Manufactured Homes): Office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Sunday. (Varying five-day work schedule, including weekends)
Property Manager (Manufactured Homes) Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a Property Manager (Manufactured Homes) for a permanent opportunity with one of the most beautiful senior living communities in Hemet, CA. The Property Manager (Manufactured Homes) is accountable and responsible for the professional leadership and management of the Community Management Staff as they deliver outstanding services and experiences to the thousand residents, potential new residents, and visitors.
The Property Manager (Manufactured Homes) will be responsible to:

• Develop and execute ongoing marketing, advertising and new sales strategies
• Oversee on-going facility improvement projects
• Oversee the business office administration, accounting and legal functions
• Develop and grow relationships with manufactured housing professionals
• Implement cost effective strategies for existing/new home acquisition opportunities
• Develop and execute effective HOA strategies to expand positive relationships
• Update and implement emergency preparedness plans and procedures
• Interface and represent TL@HW with other constituencies as required
• Oversee all aspects of park operations in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Utilize professional management skills in staff management and development
• Other tasks that may arise or be delegated by LLC Executives

The Property Manager (Manufactured Homes) Requirements:

• Minimum Two years of college
• Ten years of progressive management experience with multi-unit residential housing projects with preference to manufactured housing experience
• Current office technology skills with Windows 7/10 including MS Office
• Residential/Manufactured housing management certification, such as: CAM , CPM, ARM, CMCA, MCM is a

• Requires sitting at desk [50-75%% of time]
• Requires walking indoors and outdoors on uneven terrain [25-50% of time]
• Ability to drive a golf cart
