What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist - Home Care position at Bonsai Rehab?

We are now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to work in the Home Care setting in the West Chester, OH area. The ideal candidate has some prior experience with the geriatric population. All caseload is billed under Medicare Part-B. New grad PTs will be considered.

Job Requirements:

State licensure as a Physical Therapist
Open to all experience levels, including new grads
Able to work full-time or part-time
Comfortable seeing patients in their homes (100% House Calls)
3 weekdays of availability are required and a minimum of 22.5 hours of availability for direct patient care per week
